VOLUNTEER PARTICIPATION FORMS
When people call our number, the call is taken by one of our phone roster volunteers. Sometimes the person calling would like more information about AA, would like to chat to another local member, or would like a lift to a local meeting (phone/online contact only during COVID-19 restrictions). In those cases, the phone roster volunteer will pass on the caller’s contact details to a local member on our twelfth step volunteer list for further action.
